My journey into counseling began long before I entered a graduate program. I grew up witnessing the weight that unspoken pain can carry in families, communities, and within ourselves — and I felt called to be part of the healing.
I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and am licensed as an LMFT in both California and Florida. My clinical training is rooted in systemic and relational approaches — I believe that who we are is deeply shaped by the relationships and systems around us, and that healing often happens in the context of those same connections.
My faith is not separate from my work — it is woven into everything I do. I believe that God designed us for wholeness, and that therapy can be one of the pathways through which that wholeness is restored. Whether you are navigating anxiety, grief, relational wounds, or a season of spiritual questioning, I am honored to walk alongside you.
For clients outside of California and Florida, I offer Christian Pastoral Counseling and Coaching — a faith-centered, non-clinical approach to support, guidance, and growth that is available nationwide. This track is grounded in biblical wisdom and pastoral care rather than clinical diagnosis or treatment.
